how to build sqlite3 on windows mingw

  1. install msys and jump into msys-shell with msys.bat
  2. configure sources with: –prefix=/c/hndev/sqlite-3.6.23 CFLAGS=-DSQLITE_ENABLE_UPDATE_DELETE_LIMIT=1
  3. make && make install

building on osx

sudo macports install subversion cmake
sudo macports install qt4-mac libsdl sqlite3    #package names correct?

#symlinks to cmake (cmake-mac) and qmake may be required
